On Monday, the Special Court upheld the measure of "arrest in prison" for Arben Lamçë, who was extradited a few days ago from Kosovo.
Lamçja was declared an international wanted man and, according to SPAK, he is a contract killer investigated in the "Golden Bullet" file, known as one of the trusted soldiers of the Franc and Hajdar Çopja brothers in Elbasan.
His name appeared in one of the 30 arrest warrants issued by SPAK, after uncovering the criminal activity of Çopje.
The investigations showed that Arben Lamçja during the period October-November 2020 provided the conditions to carry out the murder of Nuredin Duman.
