The end of the year fills the port of Vlora/ Passenger flow

The port of Vlora has received a large influx of travelers this weekend, due to the end-of-year holidays.

During the last two days, over 1,150 travelers and 242 vehicles have arrived at this port.

On Saturday morning, 543 passengers and 142 cars checked in at the port, mostly Albanian emigrants returning for the holidays, as well as a small number of foreign nationals.

On Sunday, the numbers increased, with 618 passengers and 100 vehicles arriving at the port.

Due to the high flow of passengers, there are no delays as a result of the detailed control of the documentation.

Port authorities have intensified work to cope with the influx and ease the process of entering the country, expecting that the number of arrivals will continue to increase in the coming days./ CNA
