No applications for biometric documents will be made on December 31.
The news was announced by the Ministry of the Interior through an announcement on social networks.
The application for biometric documents will be suspended only for Tuesday, December 31, due to the annual inventories.
"'No applications for biometric documents are made on December 31'
The company "IdentiTek" for the production of identity documents announces that on December 31, Tuesday, there will be no applications for citizens.
This process will be suspended for this date only, because the annual inventories will be carried out in all "IdentiTek" offices.
The company informs that the distribution of the produced documents will be made, in the time interval 08:00 - 10:00 in the morning.
IdentiTek office staff will then engage in physical and electronic document inventory.
The announcement aims to guide citizens who may have an urgent application, not to wait until the last day of the year to apply," the announcement states./ CNA
