Over 5 hours of questioning/ Veliaj leaves the premises of SPAK
The mayor of Tirana, Erion Veliaj

The mayor of Tirana, Erion Veliaj, stayed at SPAK for over 5 hours.

He left the premises of the Special Prosecutor's Office after the interrogation.

Veliaj refused to speak to the journalists, while he said that he will provide information at the Municipal Council meeting.

"I will explain to you from the meeting of the municipal council live", said the mayor of Tirana.

Veliaj went to SPAK at around 9 am, where he was asked about the files under investigation by the Special Prosecutor's Office, as well as about the property investigation being carried out against him and his family members.

Also, the socialist mayor gave an account of suspicious financial flows from the Municipality of Tirana, in the direction of his family members./  CNA
