Professor Përparim Kabo congratulated the work of SPAK and GJKKO, where he said that these two institutions of justice have shown courage.

The professor also added that SPAK should surround the villas of the country's rich and ask the owners how they made the property.

SPAK and GJKKO have shown courage. It is not SPAK reform in justice. Justice reform is more complex. The question is when will the reformation end, so that we have new justice. The appeal in the vetting process has said that only one case was returned from Strasbourg. We need new legal doctrine. The doctrinal reform raises the question about the work done at the Magistrate. The magistracy has turned into a technical school."
