Inflating the list of winners in the "Magistrate"/DP MP: The process

For days, CNA has been denouncing the scandal that is happening in the Magistrate's school, where it showed how 42 names were added to the list of winners in the first phase testing.

Initially, on Monday of the test, where the names of the winners were also published, the list consisted of only 79 people who should go to the second stage.

But, a day later, 42 more names were added to the list and 121 people were the winners of the first phase.

In this regard, the deputy of the DP, Dhurata Çupi, reacted.

She has called on the director and the Governing Board of the School of Magistracy to cancel the first stage of the exam and repeat the process from the beginning.

"Regular and correct administration of the exam for the admission to the Magistrate School of candidates for judges and prosecutors is a guarantee for the independence and integrity of the justice system in the future.

The problems that emerged during the conduct of the admission exam this year, where 52 more disqualified candidates were added to the 79 initially qualified candidates, with the claim of equipment malfunction, raise questions about the regularity and integrity of this process.

Therefore, in order to remove any shadow of doubt on the process of accepting new magistrates, I call today on the Director and the Governing Board of the School of Magistrates, to cancel the first stage of the exam and repeat the process from the beginning", writes Çupi. on social networks./ CNA
