One of the names that was arrested for the Tirana incinerator was the General Director of Public Works in the Municipality of Tirana, Taulant Tusha.

The latter together with Henrik Hysenbegasin, who was appointed by Minister Belinda Balluku as the head of NJZP, are two people, two directors very close to Veliaj.

Belinda Balluku has appointed with a separate letter, two years ago, the head of the unit for monitoring the works and operation of the Sharra enterprise.

Since the appointment of Mr. Henrik Hysenbegasi by Mrs. Balluku, no employee of the municipality, no director of Erion Veliajt has appeared in the project monitoring unit.

And the sabotage has only one reason: the theft of the income that was collected from the taxes of the citizens of Tirana, and the amount of money that businesses were forced to deposit against scandalous fees.

Erion Veliaj sabotaged the monitoring of the implementation of the project because the project should only be on paper and the money financed by the taxpayers of Tirana and businesses, he shared with Edi Rama and other thieves.

So, the amnesty that the organized criminal group of SKAP gave to Erion Veliaj is as criminal an act as the theft of the century itself.
