He was questioned for 6 hours in SPAK/ Elton Qyno breaks the silence

Journalist Elton Qyno reacted for the first time after SPAK interrogated him for around 6 hours and the soldier checked his apartment and correspondence.

In his reaction, Qyno thanked all his colleagues who supported him in the unexpected and unprecedented situation that happened to him. The journalist informed that everything possible was seized, his phones, computers, 7 USB drives and every other item.

Qyno expresses his regret that in 18 years of work only at the Prosecutor's Office of Serious Crimes, SPAK and other prosecutors in the districts, he ended up in such an examination, which he calls illegal and unconstitutional.

The journalist underlines the fact that despite the fact that hundreds of times they have received threats and blackmail from different people, even in the eyes of the judges, there has never been an investigation for those who violated the journalists, while in the case he published information from a file as he could any other journalist is subject to such control.

Dear friends!

Thank you for the support and kind words you gave me during these 48 hours, making me feel good among colleagues and friends.

I personally, but also my family, fell into a surprising and unprecedented situation at some point, being the object of continuous control, and seizing everything possible, which might in the future endanger us, expose our security and the channels of the information of these 18 years of work as a reporter of the black chronicle in Albania.

I have not defamed, but I have obtained information, as any of my colleagues can do every day, and I publish online, in print or on TV every file that falls into my hands, without giving an account to anyone from whom I got it and in what form does it take?

I felt sorry for the illegal persistence of the investigative bodies to penetrate every channel of information that I have, seizing my phones, two computers, 7 USBs, CDs and other items.

I am sorry that in 18 years of working only with the Prosecutor's Office for Serious Crimes, SPAK and other prosecutors in the district, I ended up in such an illegal and unconstitutional examination and in violation of every convention on the right to information and reporting.

Often times, because of the work we do as journalists, we find ourselves in the middle of a wave of blackmail threats and pressure from various sources, which come from the first, second and third parties.

Threats come to us indirectly, on the street and even in the courtroom or premises of the SPAK special court, where journalists are threatened, insulted and kicked and punched in the eyes of prosecutors, court police officers and defendant lawyers. only why they wrote.

No investigation has been initiated by the SPAK prosecutor's office, even though the prosecutor was present in the hall or cafeteria and in the corridor, where the illegal situation occurred.

A similar situation happened with Armand Bajram A2CNN, Edmond Hoxhen BIRN who was threatened directly in the courtroom, me personally several times, (the last with the shijaks) Flamur Vezaj, Anila Hoxhen TOP CHANNEL Klodiana Lalen NEËS 24, Artan Hoxhen ABCNEËS, Anduenen, Ermal and others, but no one started an investigation.

Do you remember when the convicts and their family members in the Lazarati case stepped forward and kicked each other between the operating court and the journalist. Was there any investigation? Nothing.

Meanwhile, the investigative bodies leave the work of the day's CORRUPTION files of high officials, focusing on me.

In a country like ours, where the head of the state and his ministers talk on the phone and listen to the missing files, the criminal is involved with them in order to buy votes in every polling station or sharing lots of tenders and concessions, the case remained and the time came that justice should act on me regarding the mechanism of finding information and extracting secrets.

Three opposition leaders and other government officials are under investigation by SPAK, and I understand what kind of leadership SPAK is in.

Really sorry that in all this cacophony of evidence, SPAK was left to me to investigate and find out the sources.

Illegal seizure of phones by not making available to me even a record of blocking, automatically exposes me and threatens not 1, but a whole network of my confidential sources in the administration and outside of it.

All the more, it exposes and threatens me as a journalist to the second or third parties, who without a doubt may take illegal actions tomorrow.
