"A CHANGE IN DECISION NO. 929, DATED 17.11.2010, OF THE COUNCIL OF MINISTERS, "ON THE CREATION AND USE OF THE SPECIAL FUND", AMENDED

In support of Article 100 of the Constitution, Article 4 of Law No. 10405, dated 23.4.2011, "On the Powers to Determine Salaries and Remunerations", and Article 12 of Law No. 84/2022, "On the 2023 budget", with the proposal of the Minister of Finance and Economy, Council of Ministers

DECIDE:

1. Point 9, of decision no. 929, dated 17.11.2010, of the Council of Ministers, amended, is amended as follows:

"9. Exceptionally, for the year 2023, the special fund of central budgetary and non-budgetary institutions, local self-government institutions, special fund units, public institutions created by special law, enterprises and commercial companies with over 50% state capital, depending on the institutions central and local self-government, it is not used for social-cultural activities and remuneration of employees."

2. The institutions mentioned in point 1 are charged with the implementation of this decision.
