CNA has been denouncing for several days that some media outlets are being investigated by the Special Office for Corruption and Organized Crime.

Many media are involved in corruption or government affairs and the biggest file that "sinks" journalists is that of incinerators.

But in SPAK, or even in other prosecutor's offices, there are investigations for media people in relation to tenders and benefits.

There are several files and several media personalities under investigation for corruption, cooperation with crime, concealment of the truth and coercion for giving away property.

While the investigations are continuing, SPAK has started questioning the journalists.

This Wednesday, journalist Arsen Rusta announced that SPAK has called Elton Qynon for a file under investigation by prosecutor Behar Dibra.

Spak is investigating several media for corruption affairs

One thing must be well shared, the journalist has no legal obligation to show the source, sanctioned in the Constitution only when national security is violated! But this is conditional.

If you have evidence of affairs, corruption and any crime from the media and journalists, give direction and Bravo Spak. But you will never be freed if you trace the source! This does not happen.

Qyno is a journalist at "Ora News", the media confiscated by the court, which was owned by Xhemail Pasmaçi alias Ylli Ndoqi. The latter has been accused of making his fortune through drug trafficking.
