The European Commission has a grant for Albania for the construction of the Durrës-Rrogozhinë railway.
It is reported that the amount of the grant is 62 million euros and will be used for the construction of the Durrës-Rrogozhinë railway, part of Corridor VIII.
The Deputy Prime Minister, Belinda Balluku, has also confirmed the granting of this grant to Albania.
According to Balluk, this is an important project for Albania and the region.
She also confirmed that she has the full support of the European Union.
Half of the total value of the investment will be paid from the state budget.
