Jo të gjithë qytetarët shqiptarë mund të lidhet me numrin e emergjencës 112 dhe atë të Policisë së Shtetit 129 edhe pse janë pa pagesë. 

CNA verifikoi ditën e sotme, pas denoncimeve të ardhura në redaksi, se qytetarët të cilët kanë numër "One Albania" nuk mund të lidheshin me këta numra emergjence.

Pra, numrat 112 dhe 129 janë të padisponueshëm për të gjithë operatorët telefonikë të numrit "One Albania".

Ky është një rast i paprecedentë, pasi qytetarët që kanë nevojë për ndihmë urgjente, apo janë në rrezik nuk mund të kërkojnë ndihmë.

Kjo situatë kërkon menjëherë reagimin e autoriteteve. Nuk dihet ende se ku qëndron me saktësi problemi, por nuk janë të pakta reagimet e qytetarëve në rrjetet sociale. 

Po kështu edhe pse qytetarët janë të shqetësuar për këtë situatë, nuk ka ende nuk ka asnjë reagim nga kompania telefonike "One Albania". 

E njëjta gjë nuk ndodh me operatorët telefonikë të "Vodafone". Gjatë telefonatave që kreu CNA me numrat e emergjencës, nëpërmjet një numri vodafone, funksionon lidhja./CNA
