The moment of the doctor's arrest

The doctor of the Security Academy has been handcuffed by the police after being accused of 45 cases of corruption.

The news was confirmed by the Police Surveillance Agency, where it announced that it had executed the Court's Decision on the appointment of the security measure "Arrest with prison" for the citizen A. XH., on duty as a doctor at the Tirana Security Academy.

He is accused of the criminal offense of "Passive corruption by persons exercising public functions", "Forgery of health documents" and "Abuse of duty".

 The decision came after a several-month investigation with special methods by the Directorate of Investigation in AMP, under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Tirana.

Doctor A. XH., abusing the attributes given to him by the task, against illegal benefits, issued fictitious medical reports for trainees and students of the Security Academy.

During the conducted investigations, 45 cases of corrupt interaction between doctor A. XH were documented with legal evidence. and students/trainees, who, in order to justify non-participation in the learning process, provided a fictitious medical report against monetary amounts ranging from 1000 to 2000 ALL.

It has also been proven that the arrested doctor falsified medical reports, issuing medical reports for students in the past. He also issued medical reports to third parties without being present and without performing the medical examination.

 For the above, the investigations continue in a free state even in charge of 45 students/trainees, who, with their illegal actions, are suspected of having consumed the elements of the criminal offense of "Active corruption of persons exercising public functions"./ CNA
