The head of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, has commented on the speech of Prime Minister Edi Rama in KiE.

For Berisha, the speech was a stab in the back for Kosovo, while he compares it with Enver Hoxha's speeches before the communist parties.

He spoke as if he was in a hostile environment. He approved a resolution in the parliament, he took it there, which has no value for that institution.

He gave a speech reminiscent of Enver Hoxha's speech in Moscow before the communist parties.
