"When there is a will, there is a way"/ What does Majlinda Bregu warn?

The General Secretary of the Council for Regional Cooperation, Majlinda Bregu, has published a status on social networks in which she writes: " When there is a will, there is a way... As they say in Albanian and as they say in Kosovo".

Where the status of the Secretary General of the Council for Regional Cooperation, Majlinda Bregu, seems to be warning that despite the political problems in the region, there are ways that initiatives can become reality if the desire exists.

But it still remains an enigma through this status, which raises a number of questions.  

"When there is a will, there is a way"/ What does Majlinda Bregu warn?

What initiative is Bregu talking about? For what issue or problem? Is it not related to any decision or development that will happen a few days later with the Berlin Process, which aims to facilitate regional cooperation between the six countries of the Western Balkans? For visas? For businesses? For young people? For women? Recognition of diplomas? Or, for what?

We recall that the Council for Regional Cooperation made "Roaming zero" and the "Green Corridor" tangible throughout the region. Therefore, it seems that the little by little information carousel of the General Secretary of the Council for Regional Cooperation seems to herald the concretization of solutions for the remaining problems in the Western Balkans.
