On the eve of the holidays, there was an influx of immigrants who returned to their homeland to spend the end of the year holidays.

The day before, there was a long line of vehicles waiting at the border points, such as Kapshtica. Today, this flow has dropped significantly, with very few migrants entering Albania and exiting towards Greece.

6,576 immigrants entered Albania, while 2,707 citizens traveled to Greece.

There have been increased movements during the last 24 hours also through the border point of Qafë Thana, with 3069 citizens entering and 3045 citizens towards North Macedonia./ CNA.al
