The DP candidate for the municipality of Tirana, Belind Këlliçi, has published a video where he denounces the roads with potholes and garbage in an area on the outskirts of Tirana, such as Yzberishti.

While showing the footage, Kelliçi writes that this is an urban crap. It followed that although citizens have been paying taxes for years, they do not receive the same service and attention from the Municipality of Tirana.

Among other things, he says that the municipality gives permission to build palaces without disturbing the surrounding environment.

" Suburban Tirana! The municipality grants building permits for buildings without worrying about the surrounding environment. A residential construction must provide for the fence to be functional.

The municipality must inspect the works and cannot classify as normal and leave such urban crap in this state.

These residents have been paying their taxes regularly for over 7 years and in the meantime they do not receive any service or attention from the Municipality of Tirana, which has collected over 300 million Lek in taxes for impact on the infrastructure. This is not how the community/neighborhood is built. This is not a vision for the capital city ", writes Këlliçi./ CNA.al
