31-year-old Saimir Sula, who died in Spain, arrived in Tirana without his heart organ.

This event has shocked his family, which since 2020, when it happened, has been wandering around the doors of justice, both in Albania and in Spain.

In the prosecutor's office of Tirana, a criminal proceeding related to this case was opened earlier by the prosecutor Suela Salavaçi.

The Spanish media have brought to attention the fact that the Prosecutor's Office of Tirana has sent a letter to the authorities of Spanish justice, with which they seek the heart of Saimir Sula.

Spitali i Barcelonës e ka regjistruar vdekjen e shqiptarit, Saimir Sula, si natyrale dhe mjekët shqiptarë e kanë konstatuar mungesën e zemrës këtu.

10 kërkesat në letër porosinë e dërguar nga Prokuroria e Tiranës

1.Te administrohet akti i eskpertimit definitiv/perfundimtar i bere nga Autoritetet Spanjolle, per te ndjerin Saimir Sula, ne te cilin eshte pasqyruar shkaku i vdekjes se te ndjerit ne Spitalin Hospital Del Mar, me adrese “Passeig Maritim de la Barceloneta Nr 25, 29 Kodi Postar 08003, Barcelone Spanje.

2.Te verifikohet dhe te administrohen dokumente spitalore, duke filluar nga data 08.05.2020 dhe ne vazhdim per te ndjerin Saimir Sula, ne lidhje me arsyet e shtrimit/ hospitalizimit te ketij pacineti?

3.Te informohemi ne lidhje me arsyet e mungeses se zemres se te ndjerit Saimir Sula, referuar aktit te ekspertimit mjeko- ligjor Nr 540, dt 07.10.2020 te kryer nga I.M.L.Tirane, mbi ekzaminimin e kufomes se shtetases Saimir Sula.

4.Te komunikohet dhe te merret deklarim stafit/ personelit mjekesor te spitalit Hospital Del Mar, me adrese “Passeig Maritim de la Barceloneta Nr 25, 29 Kodi Postar 08003, Barcelone Spanje, (apo dhe spitaleve te tjera ), ne lidhje me arsyet e parqitjes ne urgjensen e spitalit me date 08.05.2020 te te ndjerit Saimir Sula, diagnozen e shtrimit dhe mjekimin e marre etj, si dhe cdo te dhene tjeter ne lidhje me pacientin Saimir Sula.

5. Te komunikohet dhe te merret deklarim Mjekes Irene Petit, qe ka komunikuar me shtetasen Majlinda Sula (motra e te ndjerit).

6. Te merren shpjegime Mjekes Psikiatre Ana Martin, qe ka ndjekur pacientin ndermjt Muajit Prill dhe Maj 2020, mjeke psikiatre prane Spitalit Sant Pau, ne Barcelone, Spanje, ne lidhje me diagnozen e pacientit si dhe cdo te dhene tjeter per kete pacient.

7. To verify who was the doctor who communicated on the phone with the sister of the deceased from the hospital number 0034-649288801, around 12:08 AM.

8. To verify who was the doctor who called the mother of the deceased Saimir Sula on the phone from the number 0034-932209586, around 15.00?

9. We request from your side to be informed if the Spanish Law Authorities have started investigations in relation to the case that is the object of our investigation? If so, please provide us with copies of these acts?
