The head of the Municipality of Tirana, Erion Veliaj, said today that in Tirana 93% of the residents live in houses that they bought themselves.
In an interview with the journalist, Fjodora Fjora, he said that the people who are living on rent will buy their houses as Tirana offers employment opportunities for them.
"In Tirana, 93% of the residents live in the houses they have bought and very few live on rent, and they temporarily as Tirana offers them the opportunity to work. Tirana has become a truly international city. Over 50 nationalities live in Tirana today. If in the past they would say wow a foreigner, today it has become something normal', declared Veliaj./ CNA.al
