Abuzim 5 milionë eurosh për tenderin Kardhiq-Delvinë/ Ish-drejtoresha e ARRSH-së, paraqitet në SPAK

Ish-drejtoresha e Autoritettit Rrugor Shqiptar, Sonila Qato ka mbërritur sot në SPAK, ku po mbahet një seancë paraprake, për të vendosur nëse do të kalojë në gjykim apo jo.

Pak kohë më parë SPAK i ka komunikuar Qatos akuzën për shkelje të barazisë në tendera lidhur me tenderin e rrugës Kardhiq-Delvinë.

Hetimet ndaj sih-drejtoreshës së ARRSH nisën pas një kallëzimi të bërë nga një kompani ndërtimi dhe Këshillit të Lartë Shtetëror për abuzime me tenderin e rrugës Kardhiq-Delvinë.

Sipas KLSH, dyshihet se vlera e abuzimit në këtë tender kap shifrën e 5 milionë eurove.

Sakaq në kallëzimin e depozituar nga kompania e ndërtimit, ata pretendojnë se janë skualifikuar nga gara në mënyrë të padrejtë./CNA.al
