Journalist Arjan Çani has expressed that he does not see the visit of the Greek Prime Minister, Kyriakos Mitsotakis to Himara, as a claim by Athens for Albanian territories. 

In an interview with the journalist Çim Peka Çani, he said that Greece no longer has an appetite for Albanian territories, while Turkey, on the other hand, wants the opposite.

" Greece has not had an appetite for years. Where would we find Greece having an appetite. There is none. Turkey has an appetite. Greece has not had an appetite for years, it has withdrawn. The sentence that every time there is a crisis in Albania, Greece's appetite opens up, it seems senseless to me, because Greece has had no appetite for years. If only we could find one. But some monsters who have turned nationalization into business, who say that there are territorial claims, I bet that if today the Albanians agreed with a referendum to give land to Greece, Greece would reject it.
