"Balluku" case/ SPAK, request: The hearing on lifting immunity should be held behind closed doors

Prosecutor Dritan Prençi has requested that the plenary session regarding the vote on lifting the immunity of Deputy Prime Minister Belinda Balluku be held behind closed doors.

According to information, in addition to the prosecutor in the case, Dritan Prenç, the elected head of SPAK, Klodjan Braho, and prosecutor Dorina Bejko will also be present at the session.

On December 16, SPAK, in an official announcement, requested from the Assembly the lifting of Balluk's immunity.

The Mandates Council will meet tomorrow to review SPAK's request for Balluk.

The Council is expected to review the request and then draft a report, recommending its approval or rejection, which will then be distributed to MPs for review./ CNA
