The political leader of the PD for Tirana, Belind Kelliçi, has stated that the mayor Erion Veliaj has been removed and this is simply a matter of time.

In the meeting with the democrats of Vau i Deja, Kelliçi said that the goal is not to remove one government and bring another one, but it is about eradicating the political philosophy that steals taxes, that steals property and robs national assets.

"Today we have the model of local leaders, the model that is installed to steal citizens' taxes, property and assets of Albanians.

This is the model that started in the Municipality of Tirana, with what is known as '5D', but this model happens wherever there are socialists at the head of the municipality, or specialists as Pjetër Arbnori called them, who have put their hands deep in the citizens' pockets.
