The 3rd edition of the "School Sports Teams" program/ Manastirliu:

At the start of the third edition of the School Sports Teams Program, the Minister of Education and Sports, Ogerta Manastirliu said that this program is very important for promoting physical and sports activities in our schools.

"We are all together to promote the Sports Movement in Schools. Suskese has more than 820 participating sports teams, and 176 teams from ages 9-10. The Ministry of Education and Sports is fully committed to continue supporting this program, which enters its third year of implementation," said Minister Manastirliu at the opening ceremony of the 3rd edition of the "Sports Teams in School", organized by the Albanian National Olympic Committee.

Minister Ogerta Manastirliu expressed special gratitude for the contribution of teachers and coaches, who play an essential role in the education of children through sports.

"I want to give a heartfelt thank you to our physical education teachers, and all the coaches who engage so passionately with these children. This initiative has brought a new spirit to sports activation and sports movement in schools. By engaging children, we make it possible not only to remove them from harmful phenomena, but also to raise healthy young people," said Minister Manastirliu.

The President of the Albanian National Olympic Committee (KOKSH), Fidel Ylli appreciated the close cooperation between the Albanian government and the Olympic Committee.

"This is one of the biggest events organized in Albania, where 11 thousand students are involved. This initiative is carried out in cooperation with the Volleyball and Basketball Federations, the Educational Directorates and the Ministry of Education and Sports," said KOKSH President, Fidel Ylli.
