Jurgis Çyrbja, again in SPAK

Former deputy of the Socialist Party, Jurgis Çyrbja

The former deputy of the Socialist Party, Jurgis Çyrbja, appeared again this Friday morning at the Special Prosecutor's Office.

Çyrbja went to SPAK accompanied by his lawyer.

He is facing justice after the report of MP Edi Paloka in 2021.

The latter accuses Çyrbja of abusing his duties while he was the director of Durrës Mortgage.

According to Paloka, the socialist has signed two practices for the same property, in two different names, within the same day, thereby realizing property overlapping.

This is the second time that the former MP appears in SPAK, since on Tuesday, October 8, he became aware of the accusation and the investigations that are being carried out against him.

Meanwhile, yesterday it was announced that Çyrbja had handed over the mandate of the deputy./ CNA
