The winner of "Big Brother VIP", singer and former notary, Luiz Ejlli, has been sentenced to one year in prison.

He was convicted on the charge of falsifying documents to justify the illegal source of assets derived from the criminal activity of the citizen FA

It was the latter who appeared at the prosecutor's office to request the removal of the seizure of his properties on February 25, 2022.

Citizen FA submitted a notarial statement, which according to him was made at the notary office of Luiz Ejlli on December 16, 2015 and contained the data as in facsimile "No. 663 Rep, No. 213 Kol dated 16.12.2015".

This statement included receiving a loan from his wife in two installments of 151,000 euros in the years 2008-2015 and 60,000 euros in the years 2011-2015.

This statement was not found in the archives of the Ministry of Justice, while a statement was found in the archives of Luiz Aylli in the name of another citizen and not of the wife of the FA citizen.

They falsified documents to justify the illegal source of assets derived from criminal activity, at the request of the Fier Prosecutor's Office, former notary LE and citizen FA are sentenced

The Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of Fier General Jurisdiction demanded a 12-month prison sentence for the former notary EL, and the citizen FA accused of committing the criminal offense of 'Forgery of documents' carried out in collaboration, provided for by Article 186, paragraph 2 of the Criminal Code.

In the framework of the investigations initiated by the former Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the Lushnjë General Jurisdiction on criminal proceedings no. 388, of 2022, with the defendant, citizens LE and FA, it was proven that the defendant FA, in cooperation with the defendant LE, a former notary, falsified the notarial statement, which the defendant FA used in the Prosecutor's Office, to justify the source of the creation of his assets, seized as part of the investigations of the property proceeding no. 3 of 2021, of the former Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the Lushnjë General Jurisdiction.

The notarial statement drawn up by the defendant LE, was falsified in its content, but bore the latter's signature. It was proven that, with the same date, directory number and collection that this notarial statement held, in the register of the former notary LE and in the archive of notarial acts drawn up by him, in 2015, there is a notarial statement with different parties.

Specifically, the defendant LE, although his license was revoked by the Ministry of Justice, still being in possession of the notary's stamps, in cooperation with the defendant FA, created the notarial statement with false data, and then the defendant FA, on 25.02.2022, submitted this notarial statement to the former Lushnjë Prosecutor's Office.

On 02.10.2024, the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction Fier concluded the judicial review of the case and decided to declare the defendant guilty of the fact sent for trial, as follows:

- The guilty plea of ??the defendant LE, for committing the criminal offense "Forgery of documents", carried out in collaboration, provided for by Article 186 paragraph 2, of the Criminal Code, and his sentence of 12 (twelve) months of imprisonment;

- The guilty declaration of the defendant FA, for committing the criminal offense "Forgery of documents", carried out in collaboration, and his sentence of 18 (eighteen) months of imprisonment.
