Increase in financial treatment/ How much do Air Force personnel benefit?

Air Force personnel are one of the categories that benefit from additional financial treatment from the latest decision approved by the government.

According to this decision, financial treatment increases significantly for pilots, flight equipment maintenance personnel, engineers, technicians, air traffic controllers and active military personnel of the UAV Detachment (drones), confirming that human capital remains a top priority.

Hundreds of effective airmen and other military personnel directly related to airmen will benefit in addition to salary that varies by position:

- thus, for pilots, the additional financial treatment ranges from 80,000 to 100,000 ALL per month;

- for on-board technicians, this allowance amounts to ALL 45,000;

- whereas for aviation engineers and air traffic controllers, the allowance is calculated at 40,000 ALL per month;

- meanwhile, as for the pilots of the Detachment of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles, they will receive an additional 45,000 lek per month.

- so is the financial treatment that the cargo operators and markers will receive.

According to the government's decision, this category benefits from this dignified financial treatment because of the mission and tasks they perform, but also to keep within the Armed Forces educated and trained employees in prestigious international educational institutions.

Investment in capacities is one of the important priorities of the Ministry of Defense.
