The Prime Minister of Montenegro, Dritan Abazovic, has praised Rama many times in an appearance for the media.

He also explained why he called the Prime Minister of Albania "the father of the nation" which, according to him, lies in the fact that such a Summit was held in Tirana.

"It has been an extremely successful day for everyone. The fact that the Berlin Process was held in Albania was something big. As for my message to Prime Minister Edi, Albania has had many prime ministers, but these things that are happening in the diplomatic context in Albania are a fantastic thing that builds the image of the state," he said.

He also spoke about the impact this Summit has had on Montenegro.

"The agreement has been reached, which means the open market for people working in the medical sector, so now without restrictions everyone can work in Albania, Serbia, Kosovo, Bosnia and Montenegro, this opens up a market of good as far as health is concerned. The second most important thing for Montenegro was the fact that together with the president of Slovenia and the French minister for European integration, we made the agreement for a regional center for integration in Potgorica.
