Kryeministri i Republikës së Shqipërisë Edi Rama, Olaf Scholz, kancelari i Republikës Federale të Gjermanisë dhe Ursula von der Leyen, Presidente e Komisionit Evropian mbajtën djalën e tyre në një konferencë të zhvilluar ditën e sotme në vijim të agjendës së Samitit të Procesit të Berlinit në Tiranë.
Pas fjalës së tyre u dha dhe hapsira për të bëreë pyetje.
Pyetja e parë u drejtua nga një gazetare lidhur me mungesën e presidentit të Serbisë, Aleksandër Vuçiç në Samit si dhe për marrëdhëniet Kosovë-Serbi. Por për shkak të një incidenti nuk u bë e mundur që liderat europian të jepnin përgjigje.
Përkthyesja nuk mund të bënte të mundur përkthimin dhe nuk dihet nëse kjo lidhej me ndonjë problem teknik apo diçka tjetër.
Në vijim pyetjet u drejtuan në gjuhën gjermane apo angleze.
