This Monday, the agreement on the mutual recognition of professional qualifications was signed.
Several other professions are now added to this agreement signed between the Balkan countries, further facilitating the movement of professionals and the use of the great potential of our human resources.
Balkan leaders as well as officials from various European countries are in Tirana as part of the Berlin Process Summit.
