The famous former footballer of Skënderbeu lost his life

Daniel Xhemo, the famous former footballer of Skënderbeu from 1975-1985, lost his life after heart problems.

Korçari, known from a young age, played football from the sports classes of the "Stavri Themeli" school and then with all the chain teams of Skënderbeu until he wore the important red-and-white jersey.

After finishing his studies in mechanical engineering, he returned to Skenderbeu, a game he left at the end of the year in 1990, to devote himself to his profession as an engineer in the vehicle control department, where he worked until the day today.

In fact, Daniel Xhemo was at work today but unfortunately it turned out to be his last day after he died suddenly from cardiac problems.

With the loss of Xhemo, Korça football has lost a part of Skenderbeu's history, as well as the friends who lost their professional colleague. Meanwhile, the family members have lost their good man./ CNA
