Agjencia e Mbikëqyrjes Policore (Rajoni Kukës - Dibër) ka ekzekutuar urdhërin e Prokurorisë pranë Gjykatës së Shkallës së Parë të Juridiksionit të Përgjithshëm Dibër, e cila ka caktuar masat e sigurimit personal ?Pezullim i ushtrimit të një detyre a shërbimi publik? dhe ?Ndalim i daljes jashtë shtetit?, parashikuar nga nenet 242 dhe 233 të Kodit të Pr. Penale, ndaj dy punonjësve të policisë të dyshuar për kryerjen e veprës penale ?Shpërdorim i detyrës?, parashikuar nga neni 248 i Kodit Penal.

Caktimi i masave të sigurisë u bë i mundur në kuadër të procedimit penal të vitit 2026, në lidhje me ngjarjen e datës 10.03.2026 në qytetin e Bulqizës, ku kanë mbetur të plagosur rëndë 3 shtetas. Nga veprimet e thelluara hetimore ka rezultuar se këta punonjës policie nuk kanë përmbushur detyrat funksionale në zbatim të Ligjit për Policinë e Shtetit.

Vijojnë hetimet për dokumentimin e plotë të ngjarjes dhe përfshirjen e mundshme të punonjësve të tjerë.
