Korreshi: No one can enter Europe without cotton and gloves in Albanian hospitals

Democratic MP Saimir Korreshi criticized the absence of Health Minister Evis Sala in the plenary session.

Ironically, Korreshi said that Minister Sala is currently in Europe, while emphasizing that Albania will not enter the European Union with the current state of Albanian hospitals.

"Do you have the phone number to call that Minister of Health? I saw that she was in Europe and had released a video from there yesterday. But the Minister should know that you cannot enter Europe without cotton, iodine and gloves in Albanian hospitals. You cannot enter Europe when mammography is not working in Lushnja. You cannot enter Europe when there is no ultrasound in Lushnja for examinations during childbirth. You cannot enter Europe when the x-ray comes out like a photograph without a flash. There is no elevator in the maternity and pediatrics ward, which has four floors. You cannot enter Europe like this," said Korreshi. /CNA
