Në Gjykatën e Posaçme është zhvilluar seanca e radhës për “Plumbin e Artë”. Sipas raportimeve, i pandehuri për dosjen, Asllan Plaku është ankuar për transferimin nga Durrësi në Burrel.

Ai ka pretenduar se transferimi në Burrel i vështirëson marrjen pjesë në çdo seancë.

“Transferimi në Burrel vështirëson ardhjen time në çdo seancë, janë dy orë rrugë, më fusin në ato furgonët zhul, dua të ndjek çdo seancë. Ma kanë argumentuar lëvizjen sikur kam bërë kundërshtime. Do kem gjyqe, nëse vjen dokument nuk e firmos, nuk dua të më përfaqësojë asnjë avokat pa firmën time, kushti është që të më transferojnë sërish aty ku kam qenë në Durrës. Javës tjetër më çojnë në Drenovë. O prokuror e di se kush e bën dhe pse e bën, por nuk kanë me arrit gjë”, është shprehur Plaku.
