Two truths about SPAK prosecutor, Dritan Prençi

Today, several wiretaps of Arbër Avram regarding communications with DP MP Belind Këlliçi were released in the media. The prosecutor in the case is Dritan Prençi. There are two truths regarding Dritan Prençi.


The first is the incinerator file that is "dead". And this is what Dritan Prençi has done, without saying that he will completely bury the file, billing it only to Lefter Koka, without going to the mayor of Tirana, whom he is serving day and night without a break, since he is not even raising the charge of abuse of office against the prisoner in Durrës prison.


And the second truth is that the messages are coming out without the case being taken to court. So parts of the investigative file are coming out. These are the two truths. The first, Dritan Prençi is "dead" and wants to "bury" the incinerator file, and the second, wiretaps are coming out that are part of the investigative file and have not gone to the lawyers.

 

Why do we mention these two truths?

First, due to the fact that when CNA published the wiretaps of Erion Veliaj from Durrës prison, at the moment the file had gone to court, Mero Baze, Carlo Bollino and the media of Rilindja and Erion Veliaj, which is separated from zdroms, jumped up: “They sold the prosecutors”, “Who took them out?”, “Why did they take them out?”. In fact, we were forced to also take out the document with the court seal that we had received from the court acts.


Today, wiretaps are emerging after the expertise that was done on Arbër Avram's phone, which are actually part of Evis Berber's investigative file, but they have not gone to court. So, in the case of Erion Veliaj, the acts that we published on the wiretaps, the file had gone to court and it is normal for them to be released later, because they are public. Whereas in today's case, they have not gone to court.


How did the information leak to Dritan Prenç? Who leaked the materials? Should SPAK have an investigation into the entire information leak?
