The director of AKSHI is questioned again by SPAK

The head of the National Agency of the Information Society, Mirlinda Karçanaj, appeared at noon this Tuesday at SPAK. 

It is learned that he is being asked about the investigations being carried out on the head of ARRSH Evis Berber and maintenance tenders of ARRSH servers. 

Evis Berberi is accused by SPAK of "abuse of duty" and "money laundering". He was arrested a few days ago.

Earlier, Karçanaj was summoned by the Special Prosecutor's Office, after the lawsuit filed on December 30 of last year by the IT expert, Gent Progni.

In the lawsuit submitted by Progni to SPAK, the latter demands that the Special Prosecutor's Office initiate investigations into Mirlinda Karçanaj for "passive corruption" for violations in the tender procedure and "abuse of duty" for falsification of documents.

Progni also demands an investigation for a number of AKSH officials as well as involved persons./ CNA
