Diplomatët e huaj me gazetarë shqiptarë

Ambasadorët e huaj kanë zhvilluar sot një takim me disa gazetarë, lidhur me lirinë e medias në vendin tonë.

Pas këtij takimi, ambasada amerikane ka dhënë një mesazh të fortë për këtë çështje, teksa deklaron se liria dhe pavarësia e një medie është thelbësore për demokracinë.

Ambasada e SHBA në Tiranë thekson se kërcënimet dhe frikësimet ndaj gazetarëve dhe familjeve të tyre janë të papranueshme.

Ne shprehim mbështetjen tonë të palëkundur për gazetarët në Shqipëri dhe në mbarë botën, të cilët ndërmarrin hetime dhe raportime të rëndësishme, në emër të bashkëqytetarëve të tyre.
