PD MP Agron Shehaj spoke about the next scandal denounced against the government of Edi Rama, after announcing as a strategic investor the husband of Minister Olta Xhaçka, who has received a contract using public land to build a resort of 5 million euros in Dhërmi.

Shehaj, invited to the Task Force on SYRI TV, emphasized the constitutional violations from the granting of public property in Dhërmi, to the husband of Minister Olta Xhaçkë, who is in a clear conflict of interest, explaining the practice followed.

"Regimi i ministres Xhaçka në parlament ishte fyes më së shumti ndaj meje. Jo nuk di jo nuk ke. Ministrja duhet të ishte përgjigjur vetëm një pyetje, a është kunata e saj, përfituesja e kësaj toke publike nga kompania e bashkëjetueses së vëllait?

Unë e kuptoj se ajo është në shkelje totale të ligjit.

Në marsin e vitit të kaluar Rama shpall vendimin se Artan Gaçi ishte investitor publik, pra burri i ministres Olta Xhaçkës. Në fillim ka dalë kompania e burrit në Olta Xhaçkës me të gjitha kriteret e shpallura nga Rama si investitor strategjik. E thotë vetë Artan Gaçi në një intervistë për BIRN se kompanisë së tij i shtojnë një hotel menaxhment, në të njëjtën zyrë në emër të një investitori amerikane dhe kërkojnë ndryshimin e parë të Ramës dhe të shtojë kompaninë e kësaj shtetase amerikane si investitore amerikane dhe ai e pranon vetë se e ka bërë për të shmangur konfliktin e interesit.
