MP Gazment Bardhi, on behalf of the PD Parliamentary Group, has reported to SPAK, Prime Minister Edi Rama. 

According to the filed report, the PD parliamentary group accuses him of abuse of office, because according to them, Rama has abused the law on strategic investments, supporting a project of the Foreign Minister's husband, Olta Xhaçka.  

"By not applying this ban, Prime Minister Edi Rama and members of the Strategic Investment Committee, who were aware that the beneficiary company is owned by the husband of the Minister / MP Olta Xhaçka, have deliberately committed actions contrary to law, which "constitutes regular non-fulfillment of duty, bringing unfair material benefits to the family of Minister Xhacka", it is stated in the report./ CNA.al
