Albanians generally adhere to the tradition, where they prefer to spend the end of the year holidays with their family.

However, there are also those who choose to take a trip inside or outside the country during the holidays.

Tour operators say that the most popular destinations are the countries of the region, large European cities and Dubai.

“Numrin më të madh të klientëve për momentin e ka Ulqini, me paketë dy ditore, nata e vitit të ti dhe 1 janari. Ndërkohë lëvizje me numra të mëdhenj ka edhe në Dubai, në Stamboll në destinacione të tjera si Parisi, Barcedlonë, Firence, në Madrid, Vjenë, Budapest”, thotë për ABC Besnik Vathi, operator turistik.

Sipas Vathit, shqiptarët këtë vit kanë rezervuar më shumë udhëtime se san ë vitin 2019 (para pandemisë), por prap kjo shifër mbetet më e ulët krahasur me rezervimet e biletave për festat e nëntorit.

 “Bëhet fjalë për lëvizje me numër më të madh sesa viti i fundit para pandemisë 2019, ka një rritje, por në krahasim me festat e nëntorit është lëvizje më e ulët sesa për festat e nëntorit. Ndoshta edhe sepse u konsumuan udhëtimet dhe pushimet”, tregon ai.
