Dervishaj was acquitted of the charges for the Fieri incinerator/ Duka: We

Arben Dervishaj, the supervisor of the incinerator works, was declared innocent by GJKKO for the Fier incinerator affair.

The President of the ALF, Armando Duka, reacted to this decision. He described Dervishaj as a friend and declared that he welcomes him to the AFL.

The Duke declared that he never doubted Dervishaj's innocence, while he emphasized that politics and justice should be indebted to him for the prison he served.

"We have been waiting patiently and calmly for almost a year for justice to say its word about one of our most important contributors, the vice-president of the AFL and a friend and collaborator as engineer Arben Dervishaj.

We, at the FFA, for no moment have doubted the innocence of the engineer with a long career and extraordinary contributions in many of the works built in our country; just like a professor with unquestionable authority in university auditoriums.

As a friend, I have never doubted Ben's innocence; as a personality in his field, society, politics and justice will have to be indebted to him for the unjust imprisonment he committed.

We at the FSF welcome him as soon as possible to continue with dozens of infrastructure projects that engineer Arben Dervishaj has followed meticulously at every moment, but also in the new challenges ahead that require the expertise, experience and determination of engineer Ben", emphasized the President of the ALF./ CNA
