The political leader of the DP for Tirana, Belind Këlliçi, denounced from the blue headquarters that as soon as Erion Veliaj came to the head of the Municipality, he founded the garbage mafia business that has cost the taxpayers of the capital at least 150 million euros. 

He emphasized that the materials processed by the Group of Experts at the DP will be officially forwarded to SPAK, which is already undergoing the fire test.

All over the world, there are two schemes most used by criminal groups for money laundering. Specifically, the garbage business and the construction business. Erion Veliaj has excelled in both these areas.

In 2015, just a few months after Veliaj took office as mayor, he signed an agreement that gave the right to 2 companies to set up a waste recycling business at the Sharra landfill. One of these companies was called IB Recycling. This company was managed by a close family member of Redi Molla.

So simply put, just like in the 5D scheme, where public funds and construction permits were obtained to clean corruption money, Redi Molla had previously used the same scheme in the garbage business, since 2015.

Unfortunately, in August 2016, 17-year-old Ardit Gjoklaj lost his life in the Sharra landfill. The investigation into this murder was null and void by the Albanian justice bodies and even today, 8 years later, no person has been held responsible for this tragedy and the only fact that is remembered from this investigative process is the photo where Erion Veliaj was having lunch with the then chief prosecutor of Tirana.  

It is at this point that the organized crime group is forced to change the scheme. Vladimir Fezga enters the game.

To understand why citizen Vladimir Fezga was chosen to enter the scheme, we are making public a document from 2016. The company AMIA Verona decides to pay 33,000 euros to citizen Vladimir Fezga, since he from November 2013 to April 2016 , has promoted this company in Albania, making it possible for AMIA Verona and the Municipality of Tirana to establish ECO Tirana in 2016.

So it is clear that Erion Veliaj started the waste business as soon as he became the minister of 'Renaissance' in 2013 and finalized it in 2016 as the mayor of Tirana.

After this moment, a scandal broke out in the neighboring country of Italy. AMIA Verona turned out to launder money for the Ndranghetta criminal group, and Erion Veliaj's personal friend, the mayor of Verona, Flavio Tosi, was part of the group.

Even this scandal did not stop this organized criminal organization. In 2017, Erion Veliaj and Vladimir Fezga founded the company ECO Recycling.

Appetite comes from eating. In 2017, Veliaj decided to grant a concession for the storage and treatment of waste at the Sharra landfill. Without any approval from the Tirana Municipal Council, but only with his signature and the seal of the Municipality, Erion Veliaj decided to get the exclusivity of Tirana's garbage for 30 years in a row, through his two prestanomos, Klodian Zoto and Mirel Mërtiri.

At this very moment, the de facto owner of Tirana Incinerator Erion Veliaj, decided to remove Vladimir Fezga from the business and his shares in the company ECO Recycling, i.e. in the recycling business, he passes to Tirana Incinerator. Shares for which no money is paid. Here the theft scheme is already considered complete. We only focus on one company, Integrated Energy BV SPV, i.e. the incinerator of Tirana.

To explain it quite simply. With the arrival of the 'Renaissance' in power, Erion Veliaj had a clear vision of how to lift this criminal system and without wasting a single day, he founded the garbage business, first through the 5D directors, and then by collaborating with the Ndranghetta in Italy, to end with the corrupt affair of the century, the incinerator of Tirana, which still does not exist today after 7 years.

This entire transaction is estimated to have exceeded the figure of 150 million euros.

In the following days, we will make public a very important component in this scheme, the ECO Tirana affair.

The materials processed by the Group of Experts at the PD will be officially forwarded to SPAK, which is already before the fire test.

Either it will collapse this corrupt system set up in Tirana Municipality by Erion Veliaj, no longer allowing Tirana to be the launderer of money laundering for the biggest criminal organizations in Europe, or it will finally SEAL the complete capitulation of the new justice , so long awaited by Albanian citizens.
