Former Prime Minister Sali Berisha has commented on Prime Minister Edi Rama's statement about the work of SPak during the month of August.
In his weekly conference with journalists, Berisha stated that until today the arrests are directed by Rama and the proof for this is former minister Ilir Beqaj.
"Until today, the arrests are directed by Edi Rama and the cover of this is Ilir Beqaj. It is universally known that Beqaj is the main actor of the concessions and of course after the two-year investigation it is said that he paid 300 thousand euros in 2017. The prosecution declared that the contract was in compliance with the law. Rama's intervention was very strong", said Berisha./ CNA
