Berisha or Alibeaj, which group will the CEC recognize?/ Celibashi speaks

The head of the CEC, Ilirjan Celibashi, in a statement to the media, said that when the proposals for members of the CEC come in, the legitimacy of the person who presents these proposals on behalf of the DP will be assessed.

Asked which party the CEC will recognize in the elections, Celibashi emphasized that the legitimacy of the authorization will be assessed if this proposal is presented by members of the CEC.

Among other things, Celibashi stated that the CEC does not decide who is the body or person representing a political party.

" Today, two gentlemen whom I mentioned are representing the DP in the CEC. Today will be these tomorrow the day after tomorrow, I can't say. If there is a request for PD, we will assess the legitimacy of the person submitting the request.

For everyone's clarity, it is not a matter that the CEC does not decide who is the body that represents a political party. It is another institution.

We will assess the legitimacy when we have these requests", said Celibashi.
