The businessman is arrested for the Fieri incinerator
SPAK is making several arrests for the incinerator of Fier and Elbasan.

CNA.al learns that one of the arrested is the businessman Arben Dervishaj.

Arben Dervishaj is suspected of being involved in the scandal of suspicious payments in the case of incinerators in Albania.

Dervishaj is suspected to have benefited over 740 thousand dollars or 744 million old lek for the consultancy given to the incinerators, the owner of the companies Klodian Zoto.

The money turns out to have been received in 4 different years, through 21 invoices from 2018-2021, in different amounts ranging from 80 million old ALL to 313 million old ALL per year. His name appeared on the stage in the testimony given by the Tirana concession administrator, Arjola Kodra, to the Investigative Commission for Incinerators.

Administrator Kodra announced that the company "Integrated Energy BV SPV" paid the consultancy for the company "Ave Consulting" sh.pk

Arrested are also members of the Bid Evaluation Commission./CNA.al
