Ironically, one of the arrested directors of Tirana Municipality has the last name Molla. As if the numerous evidence proving the power's control over SPAK were not enough, this institution that was established precisely to fight organized crime and corruption at high levels, is turning into a fruit and vegetable warehouse. So far, in all cases, the special prosecutors have not been able to go further than the accusations against those who eat pears and apples behind the backs of the big bosses.

The case of the criminalization of the highest administration of the Municipality of Tirana is another test to see if this time the "heroes of the new justice" will dare to leave the circle. Otherwise, they will turn into an anecdote, since missionaries ended up as gardeners of the court of power.

In the most scandalous affairs of the Rama government, SPAK never tried to investigate the procedures that led to terrible abuses such as those of incinerators, concessions in health or alienation of public property. Prosecutors were satisfied with the last tails to avoid the dome of the Rilindash criminal organization. Edi Rama's expression about those who collect pears and apples behind his back, was like a magic formula for SPAK to consciously limit himself.

However, the new justice should not have a relationship with the government, but with the public, whose interest and money it has undertaken to protect. If behind the back of the prime minister there are ministers who collect fruit without permission, if behind the back of the ministers there are directors who also collect fruit without permission, when this philosophy is also applied to the largest municipality in the country, then this is no longer a problem of power. but of justice that either takes the Albanians for fools or eventually handed over the weapons to those who control hundreds of millions of euros, with which they are able to buy anything and anyone. Because today there is no one who can chew the fable of the water that springs clear but becomes cloudy on the way.

Can anyone believe that some ministers got together in secret and threw the prime minister with a project that amounted to 430 million euros? That they did all the procedures in record time, chose a company without a point of experience, gave permission and approved decisions and this deserter, suffering from the desire to see Albania clean, threw the signature fap and fap, a victim of naivety and good faith in the people who depend on it?

So far, SPAK, by putting a lid on the incinerator affair, is proving that it believes the story of the drained water. The problem is that this narrative is turning into a pandemic that has plagued the entire Renaissance. Ministers in office bear no responsibility for their most important directors who are caught red-handed. The Mayor feels calm, when the entire high structure under his leadership is criminalized. With logic, what do I have to do with those who steal under me, the real responsible can postpone the days, but not SPAK.

Prosecutors are not aliens living on another planet. They know, they have documents, information, communications, that such a 10-year-old fatherhood is not the work of picking apples and pears. They are not the ones who divide the spoils of power, who select the extortionate companies of public money, who set up electoral headquarters to buy votes, who pay the media and propaganda journalists, who pour millions into lobbyists, who put the compass on property maps and who they also direct the new justice. Such criminalization, no fool can bill to some dummy directors, poor cogs of a machine of power masters.

If SPAK was established to fight organized crime, today there is no more criminal organization than Rilindja, which embezzles citizens' money openly and with the arrogance of an untainted power. The names of the organization's soldiers who parade before the new justice are statistics that serve to camouflage the dome, which SPAK does not dare to approach. Which company could earn millions of euros in the Municipality of Tirana, only with the intervention of two or three directors? How could a private person break into the system that determines the tendering criteria and declare himself the winner? Where did the millions that were systematically robbed from citizens end up?

SPAK certainly knows the answers to these questions. Not living on another planet, but here where everyone lives, the prosecutors are clear about how the criminal organization functions. How these millions are used in electoral campaigns, in investments with hidden names, in fictitious companies that today control every cell of the supposedly free market. The issue is not in the lawsuit, because the dome doesn't even bother to erase the traces, but in the will of SPAK prosecutors. They will try to justify the belief that a naive part still has, or they will end up in a fruit-vegetable warehouse, expecting that some apples and pears will be too much for them too. / Lapsi.al
