Bisedat e Taulant Tushës për shkollën/ Çfarë u gjet në kompjuterin e Nestor Muhametllarit

Në dosjen hetimore të SPAK-ut për drejtorët e arrestuar të Bashkisë Tiranë, dalin jo pak dokumente dhe fakte që i nxjerrin zbuluar këta të fundit. 

Sipas SPAK-ut, nga kontrollet që janë bërë në zyrën e Nestor Muhametllarit, në kompjuterin e këtij të fundit është gjetur një foto e komunikimit të Taulant Tushës nëpërmjet "Whats App" me një tjetër person. 

Sipas përmbajtjes së këtij komunikimi, Taulant Tusha i ka dërguar një personi tjetër një "folder" me emërtimin "Mangesitë.doc" dhe në komunikim përmendet emri "Hasan Vogli", më tej midis tyre zhvillohet biseda si më poshtë: 

Biseda: 

Bashkëbiseduesi: Kush e solli këtë?

Taulant Tusha: Dr. ime.

Bashkëbiseduesi: T'i plotësoj me urgjencë, po ia çoj. 

Taulant Tusha: Nuk e kuptoj pse nxitohen. Thuaj Nestorit fol me Anjezën për projektin. 

Bashkëbiseduesi: I kam thënë unë shpejt... ok. 

Tualant Tusha: Se Ilda qenka.

Bashkëbiseduesi: Direkt. 

Nga hetimet e SPAK-ut rezultoi se kjo bisedë është bërë për projektin e rindërtimit të shkollës "Hasan Vogli", ku procedura e tenderit është zhvilluar në gusht të 2020. Personat e përmendur në bisedë janë Nestor Muhametllari, administratori i kompanisë "5D", si dhe shtetaset Anjeza Çallpati dhe Ilda Qazimllari, punonjëse në Drejtorinë e Planifikimit të Punëve Publike pranë Bashkisë Tiranë.

"Ky komunikim krijon dyshime se shtetasi Taulant Tusha ka pasur dijeni në lidhje me pronarët e vërtetë të shoqërisë "5D Konstruksion" sh.p.k. dhe njëherësh ka dijeni për faktin se shtetasi Nestor Muhametllari është vetëm i punësuar në këtë shoqëri dhe interesohet qe ky i fundit të komunikojë me punonjës të drejtorisë së tij, me qëllim ndreqjen e mangësive në projektin me objekt "Ndërtim i shkollës Hasan Vogli", thuhet në dosjen e SPAK-ut./CNA
