The teachers have abandoned the auditoriums again and have returned to the protests. They have requested that the government meet the submitted demands.

Today, one of the lecturers stated that the government partially fulfilled one of the demands of the petition, which was a 7% salary increase.

"Qeveria plotësoi pjesërish vetëm një nga kërkesat e peticionit, që ishte rritja me 7% të pagës. Ndërsa pjesa tjetër u la në dorë të Universiteteve. Ajo pjesë duhet të shkojë në shërbime të studentëve. Stafi tjetër nuk e merr dot shtesën prej 8%, pasi nuk paracaktohet. Me të drejt Sindikata kërkon një ligj të veçantë për këtë. Rritja e pagës për vjetërsnë në punë nuk është zgjidhur ende. Ne nuk na mbetet gjë tjetër veçse të vjeshtën e bojkotimit, ta bëjnë pranverën e bojkotimit," tha një pedagoge.

Kujtojmë se 9 kërkesat e pedagogëve ndaj qeverisë janë si më poshtë:

-Rritja e pagave për pedagogët dhe stafin ndihmës

-Rritja e financimit për kërkimin shkencor

-Rivendosja e shtesave mbi pagë

-Rritja e shtesës mbi pagën për vjetërsinë në punë

-Rritja e pagesës së orëve të ngarkesës suplementare

-Revaluation of the teaching hour as there is a discount of 50% of the payment of the teaching hour as a result of the non-differentiation of the teaching hour of the lecture.

-Revision of the tax of 23% on the payment of the additional load

- To suspend until 2026 the implementation of point c) of paragraph 3, of Chapter III of VKM No. 112, dated 23.2.2018, for the criteria for receiving the title "Professor".

- Make transparency on the budget and income of public universities./ CNA.al
