The repeal of the draft law for strategic investors was discussed today in the Committee for Production Activities, Trade and the Environment.

The deputy of the DP, Jorida Tabaku, has said that the repeal of the law on strategic investors should start from January 1 of this year.

Because according to her, there have been abusive decisions regarding the granting of the strategic investor status.

"Në pjesën më të madhe të vendimeve për investitorë strategjikë, vendimet kanë qenë abuzive. Në ligjin kur u krijua u tha se ligji do të ishte i përkohshëm. Një ligj që do rregullonte investimet vendase dhe të huaja. Dhe u tha se nuk do ishte i përjetshëm. Ndodhemi sot pas 8 vitesh, kur ligji ende është në fuqi dhe është shtyrë 3 herë. Nuk ka pasur ndikim në zona të caktuara, por kemi dëgjuar për investime strategjike për persona të sanksionuar, Deripaska i shpallur investitor strategjik për luleshtrydhet në Divjakë, është e paimagjinueshme”, ka thënë Tabaku.
