DP MP Jorida Tabaku reacted after the Normative Act on the Budget was approved.

Tabaku says that the Act is related to a project that a year and four months ago the government denied for 14 hours in a row that it will be built with Albanian taxes, referring to the Port of Durrës.

According to the deputy, 400 million euros will be paid from Albanian taxes for the Port of Durrës.

"Today, quickly and quickly, the Normative Act on the Budget was approved, which came not even two months after the beginning of the year.

The government's haste for this Act is related to a project that a year and four months ago the government denied for 14 consecutive hours that it will be built with the taxes of the Albanians.

The Port of Durrës, which was destroyed to give life to a project with many question marks and which followed a legal path with many question marks, destroyed the Port of Durres.

There are 400 million euros that will be paid from the taxes of the Albanians for a Port that existed but that the government decided to destroy in order to build it somewhere else. In the beginning, he promised that he would build it with PPP from an international competition where the most prestigious foreign companies were invited. But, not even two years after this promise, 90 million euros are taken from the pockets of Albanians, from the increased taxes, to build a port that existed and that also received funds from the EU.

To this amount, a good accountant, which the government lacks today, would add the cost of an arbitration trial that puts us at risk of several million more for a contract that this majority approved with its votes in its second term .
